How to read numbers: the figure on the left is digit 3: the middle crossbar (out of three horizontal ones) is turned outward (now it is directed in the direction opposite to the other two crossbars). Then the entire digit 3 is rotated to the right by 90° (the vertical axis of digit 3 is in a horizontal position). And finally, the three crossbars are twisted around the axis (the upper and lower crossbars are counterclockwise, the middle crossbar is clockwise).
