How to read numbers: each digit consists of 3 steps, in which the horizontal surface of the steps outlined in solid black corresponds to the horizontal elements of these digits. There are no black vertical bars between each digit. In the second photo, a close—up of digit 3 (left 3 steps). It can be noticed that there are no left black vertical lines between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd steps, but there are right ones. In other words, these are three horizontal blocks connected at the right by vertical sticks. digits 2 and 9 are read similarly.
